About the room
Morning sun and sloping ceilings that don't take up space
Izerka is on the second floor, facing east – the morning sun comes in, from the windows you can see the garden slope and hear the mountain stream. The room has slightly sloping ceilings that give it a cosy, mountain feel – they're fully functional and don't take up space. Above the bed there's a roof window with a blackout blind, so it's easy to make it dark when you want to sleep in.
The room has a double bed and a sofa bed for a third guest, plus a fridge, a kettle and a 43″ TV. It also has its own balcony. The bathroom has a shower.
The trails and the Szrenica chairlift are about 100 metres away – the house is right next to the Karkonosze National Park.

Where the name comes from
The Izerka river
The room is named after the Izerka river, which flows through the Jizera Mountains – a gentle, forested range that, together with the Karkonosze, surrounds Szklarska Poręba. Its valley is a great place for quiet walks and bike rides.
Also on the slopes of the Jizera Mountains, not far from the house, is the Złoty Widok viewpoint with Chybotek rock – with a panorama of the entire Karkonosze.

Travelling with a child? Your little one can sleep on the sofa bed, and high chairs are waiting in the ground-floor lounge.
