About the room

The most beautiful view in the house

Złoty Widok is on the third floor, right under the roof – sloped ceilings and wooden accents give it character. From the windows you can see the Karkonosze on one side and the Jizera Mountains on the other, and thanks to its sunny aspect it's bright from early morning until late afternoon. Breakfast with a view like this quickly becomes a daily ritual.

The room has a 160 cm double bed and a 140 cm sofa bed – a couple with a child or three friends will fit comfortably. You have a fridge, a kettle, a 43″ TV and plenty of cupboards, and the bathroom is 4.25 m².

The trails and the Szrenica chairlift are about 100 metres away – the house is right next to the Karkonosze National Park.

Where the name comes from

Złoty Widok viewpoint

The room is named after one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Szklarska Poręba. From the Złoty Widok terraces on the slopes of the Jizera Mountains there's a panorama of the entire Karkonosze range.

A few minutes further along the trail is Chybotek rock with its rocking boulder – together they make a great afternoon walk.

Good to know

Before you arrive

3rd floor, no lift. Złoty Widok is the highest room in the house – the stairs are a good warm-up for the trail, but worth bearing in mind with heavy luggage.

Ground-floor lounge, 100 m² – fireplace, sofas, 65″ TV, games and a kitchenette for guests. See the shared spaces

Kitchenette without a hob. The lounge has a fridge, kettle and microwave, but no hob or oven.

Ski room by the entrance – skis in winter, pushchairs in summer. Bikes can be locked in the monitored shed.
